FOOD FRIDAY ~ Anti-Recession Brownies

For the past 4 weeks every Monday, 2 fellow schoolmates and I brave the cold every winter morning to travel to Manukau Institute of Technology to attend the Baking and Pastry for Cafe S.T.A.R course.
I call these the 'Anti-Recession Brownies' due to the vast amounts of butter, sugar and eggs used and the skyrocketing price of these products; and how in this economic climate we're facing, its not a very viable food choice (Hence why we were only allowed to part with 1/3 of our loot..)
The recipe is very simple and takes mere minutes to throw together.
I would share with you a photo of these tasty morsels but they didn't survive sitting in the freezer for very long..
